These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TimeSyncher Vacation, a consumer travel-planning software product provided by TimeSyncher (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service

TimeSyncher Vacation helps customers organize travel ideas, traveler preferences, reservations, budgets, maps, daily plans, and AI-assisted planning content. Features may change as the product evolves.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and are responsible for the information you provide, account access, family vacation invitations, and activity under your account.

Purchases, pricing, and refunds

Vacation App pricing may range from approximately $37 to $65 depending on package, promotion, and launch stage. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, digital products and planning sessions may be non-refundable once delivered or substantially used. If something is wrong, contact support and we will work in good faith to resolve it.

No travel agency or booking guarantee

TimeSyncher Vacation is planning and organization software. We never book travel, regardless of customer approval status. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, reservations, transportation, venue entry, travel conditions, safety, immigration compliance, weather, or third-party travel services. The app helps organize and compare choices so you can book confidently.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying travel details before booking or traveling, including prices, schedules, cancellation rules, identity documents, accessibility needs, health/safety requirements, and suitability for all travelers.

AI output

AI-assisted suggestions may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Treat output as planning assistance, not professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or travel-agent advice. Review important information before relying on it.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or use the service for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.

Intellectual property

TimeSyncher owns the service, design, software, and brand. You retain rights in content you provide, and grant us permission to use it as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeSyncher disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for third-party travel costs or disruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, nonpayment, or discontinued service. You may stop using the service at any time.
